emacs: Make parameter optional in password-store-clear

This change preserves backward compatibility with previous
version of the function.
Bump version to v2.1.2.

* contrib/emacs/password-store.el (password-store-clear):
Make argument FIELD optional.

* contrib/emacs/CHANGELOG.md: Announce this change.
