+On Debian systems, to install nvidia drivers, you'll first need to enable
+`contrib` and `non-free` package repositories. Edit `/etc/apt/sources.list`
+and patch the main distro soures to add those two repos.

+    deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian/ buster main contrib non-free

+Once that's done, update the local package store.
